The Juries of the “woodwind instrument Division” of the Tchaikovsky International Competition were announced. The 16th in 2019 will be held from 17th to 29th July, “Woodwind Instrument Division” will be newly established this year. Tchaikovsky International Competition was founded in 1958. It is held in Moscow, alongside Queen Elisabeth Competition and Chopin International Piano Competition, one of the world’s most prestigious competitions. When it was founded, it was only the “piano and violin Division”, but since “Cello division” from the 2nd in 1962, “vocal division” from 1966, “violin producer division” competing violin production technology from 1990 Are provided.
