Around the Music Festival

Christoph von Dohnányi (89), one of the conductor ‘s oldest elders, canceled the Conducting of “Electra” of Teatro alla Scala on July 7. On the first day of “Electra” is the 4th, Dohnányi has just returned to the scene after one year Conducting it. Marcus Stanz suddenly served as a substitute for the performance on the 7th. Stanz was supposed to command “End of game” by György Kurtág where the performance starts from the 15th.
