Valencia 〓 Fabio Biondi has submitted his resignation

The Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia in the Mediterranean coast of Spain, Valencia is known for its futuristic and strange appearance. In response to Davide Livermore who served as its intendant resigned last December, a new internal conflict surfaced.
