BESANÇON 〓 Nodoka Okisawa won the Besancon International Conductor Competition

Japan’s Nodoka Okisawa (32) won the French Besancon International Conductor Competition. Okizawa was born in Aomori in 1987. After graduating from Tokyo University of the Arts at the top, she studied at Hans Eisler College of Music in Berlin. SHe has also won the Tokyo International Music Competition last October.

The Besancon International Conductor Competition is currently held every two years, Known as a gateway for young conductors. The final selection was performed by Okizawa, Victor Jacob(28) in France, and Li Haoran(33) in China.
