PARIS 〓 JiYoon Park as a new concertmaster of Orchester philharmonique de Radio France

Orchester philharmonique de Radio France announced that it will welcome Korean-born JiYoon Park as a new concertmaster. Park is currently a concertmaster of Orchester National des Pays de la Loire.

Born in 1985. After winning the domestic competition, won the 2004 Tibor Varga International Violin Competition. He is one of the young young female violinists in Korea, including being the 4th in the 2005 Long-Thibaud International Competition and becoming the finalist of Queen Elizabeth Competition in 2009.

She is studying with Roland Daugareil at Conservatoire de Paris, at the Mozarteum University Salzburg under Violin with Igor Ozim, and studying chamber music with Jean-Jacques Kantorow, Itamar Golan.
