PALERMO 〓 Massimo Theater will produce a new production of Verdi’s “Ernani” and stream it live

The Massimo Theater in Italy has announced that it will produce a new production of Verdi’s Ernani and to live stream. The performance will be streamed on the theater’s website from 8 pm CET on the 26th. Ludvico Rajata is the director of the new production.

The performance will be conducted by music director Omer Meir Wellber. The opera will star Giorgio Berrugi in the title role, Eleonora Buratto as Elvira, Simone Piazzola as Don Carlos, Michele Pertusi as Silva, Irene Savignano as Giovanna, Carlo Bosi in the role of Don Riccardo.
