Grindbourne Festival Opera 〓 Stephen Langridge is the next art director

Director Stephan Langridge will take office as the next art director of the Grindbourne Festival Opera in UK. Succeeding from Sebastian Schwartz who resigned. It is said that the appointment will be next spring. He is the son of tenor singer Philippe Langridge (1939-2010), handling a large number of opera directing mainly in UK, and since 2013 he has served as artistic director of Gothenburg Opera in Sweden.
