HAMBURG 〓 Staatsoper has announced its plans for the 2019/2020 season

The Hamburg State Opera announced the lineup of the 2019/2020 season. Shostakovich’s “Nose” by Karin Beier’s new production decorates the opening. Conductor is Kent Nagano, the principal conductor. Nagano then conducts Richard Strauss’s “Electra”, where Dmitri Tcherniakov is working on a new production. Subsequently, Nagano Conducts the semi-stage style Messiaen’s “Saint Francois d’Assise”. This will conduct the NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchester to be performed in the framework of the Hamburg Music Festival.

Other new productions are “Falstaff”, “Norma”, “Don Giovanni”. It is the director who is working full such as Calixto Bieito, Marina Rebeka and Jan Bosse. Production of Revival also appoints singers luxuriously. The works and singers are as follows.
