On August 6, 2018 Marlboro Music Festival announced that Jonathan Biss (37) would assume the role of co-artistic director. Musical festival art director has served as pianist Mitsuko Uchida since 1999, Uchida will remain Cooperate as an artistic director. Biss was born in 1980, Bloomington, USA.
