NEW YORK 〓 Performances in US is canceled whole March, André Rieu also cancels US tour

Following the spread of the new coronavirus, the Lincoln Center in New York, the Metropolitan Opera and Carnegie Hall have announced cancellations of performances.The closure is scheduled until the end of March.

The Kennedy Center in Washington, the Boston Symphony Orchestra and the Los Angeles Opera have also announced cancellations of their performances one after another, and nationwide music activity will stop almost entirely until the end of March.

André Rieu and his Johann Strauss Orchestra, who started their US tour in Tampa on March 11, have also canceled subsequent performances.

They were scheduled to travel around Sunrise, Orlando, Atlanta, Phoenix, San Diego, Las Vegas, Anaheim and Auckland until March 22. More than 70,000 tickets had been sold.
