OSLO 〓 Rostropovich’s cello on loan with Torleif Thedéen

It was revealed that the Norwegian cultural foundation had bidding for the cello that Mstislav Rostropovich was using. Those who made a successful bid in the auction held in London ‘s auction “Sotheby’ s” in November last year. The Foundation on loan with Torleif Thedéen. Thedéen is a Swedish cellist and is 56 years old. A concert will be held in Stockholm on February 28. The bidding cello is “Giovanni Battista Guadagnini” made in 1783. The bid amount was 1.93 million pounds.
