LONDON 〓 Royal Opera House reopens on May 17th with the new production “La clemenza di Tito”

The Royal Opera House in the United Kingdom has announced that it will reopen on May 17 with a new production of Mozart’s “La clemenza di Tito”. Announced on the 10th. The new production “La clemenza di Tito” is directed by Richard Jones and directed by Mark Wigglesworth. The cast will be announced on April 13th.

Also, on April 9th, Kurt Weill’s “The Seven Deadly Sins” and “Mahagonny Songspiel.” will be performed live without an audience. These will be the first new productions since the theater was closed at the Corona Pandemic. Directed by Isabel Kettle, conducted by Michael Papadopoulos, choreographed by Julia Cheng.
