HELSINKI 〓 Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra delivers Mahler cycle in streaming

Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra will perform “Mahler cycle” and stream them live on Yle Areena. The cycle named “Mahlerx 10” opens on August 24 with Mahler’s 8th symphony conducted by Hannu Lintu who is the principal conductor from the 2013/2014 season. Lintu will also conduct 2nd, 4th, 6th, 9th. The other symphonies will be Conducted by Manfred Honeck(1st), Jukka-Pekka Saraste(3rd), Ryan Wigglesworth(5th), Sakari Oramo(7th), David Zinman(10th).
