TOKYO 〓 Riccardo Muti was awarded “Praemium Imperiale”

The Japan Art Association announced the winner of the 30th “Praemium Imperiale” awarded to excellent artists of the world on 11th, Italian conductor Riccardo Muti (76) was awarded by the music department. “Praemium Imperiale” is an award that the Japan Art Association established in 1988, commemorating the 100th anniversary of establishment.
