In 2010, he became the youngest conductor of the opening concert of the Prague Spring Festival.
He is currently Principal Guest Conductor of the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra and the Orchestra of the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Italy. He is also set to become the seventh Music Director of the Royal Opera House in the United Kingdom beginning with the 2025/2026 season.
