Conductor Claudio Abbado (1933 – 2014) and pianist Martha Argerich (1941 -), both co-starring two giants of the 20th century’s leading music world. Live recording at the Lucerne Easter Music Festival in 2013. Abbado died in January 2014 the following year, so this recording is one of the last years of recording for Maestro. Both No. 20 and No. 25 of the Piano Concerto have their own recording alone, , but with this combination, surprisingly the first recording. Co-star was also the first time in about ten years, but since the young days a number of famous performances, the two breaths who have produced a masterpiece mesh perfectly, this time also 2 piece lively and drawing out the charm of Mozart fully wonderful It’s finished. The orchestra is the Mozart Orchestra founded by Abbado himself in Bologna in 2004. Maestro supple- mously drives the orchestra as if talking with the members, delicately drawing out fine imprints and breathing into every corner of Mozart’s music. Excellent timbre beauty. Argerich’s piano is also attractive by spinning out great amplitude music while entrusting Abbado’s devoted support.
